Loop gain predicts the response to upper airway surgery in patients with obstructive sleep apnea

Upper airway surgery is variably successful in treating OSA. Findings highlight the baseline LG, measured using a clinically applicable tool, is a strong predictor of surgical success and a low LG at baseline is more likely to respond to surgery.
